This river is a short walk from Galen's cabin.
 
 

The three pictures above were taken on the way up to Soldotna and the ones below were taken on our way back to Anchorage.

Salad prepared by Debbie:

Fresh butter lettuce, craisens, pecans, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion.

The following prepared by Galen:

Halibut chowder
Tequila Salmon
Baked Halibut with spinach dip and Mozzarella cheese on top
French bread

Fish provided by Debbie caught during her deep sea fishing excursion with Greg and Galen.

The entire dinner was absolutely awesome!!
